Please bring the following items to your tax appointment:

  • New clients bring last years Tax Return
  • All Wage & Income Statements, W2's & 1099's

Note: 

  1. IRS states that property rented to relatives may not be treated as a rental if not rented at least 80% of fair market value.
  2. If Rental is less than 10% ownership, then considered passive activity.
  3. Please list all numbers as 100% of amount.
  4. MUST BE FILLED OUT AS COMPLETELY AS POSSIBLE (use your prior return as a guide)
  5. Need name & address if private lender.
  6. BRING ALL REFINANCING PAPERWORK / DOCUMENTS TO MEETING.
  7. IF THIS IS A NEW PURCHASE, PLEASE BRING ESCROW PAPERS & TAX BILL.
